Bio

Thanasis was born on the 3rd of February 1996, in Athens, Greece.

He started playing the drums at the age of 8 and 4 years later he performed publicly for the first time, as a guest of his father's cover band.

At the age of 14, he was hired to be the drummer for Lunatics (The Greek Pink Floyd tribute band) based in Athens. Highlights of the band included Live at Keratea beach with an audience of 1200 people and Live at the Santorini arts factory festival.

After graduating high school, Thanasis moved to London to become a full-time drummer. He completed the drum-performance course of London Music School , as well as the Trinity College Grade 8 in rock & pop drumming with distinction

While being in London, he has performed in several venues (O2 Academy, Ronnie Scott's upstairs bar, Birthdays, Brixton jamm, Roadtrip & the workshop, Nambucca, 229, Fiddler's elbow, and many more...) both as a session musician and a band member.

Thanasis can also provide lead and backing vocals, writes his own songs and can play guitar and keys on an average level.
